TWIST is an exciting new tapas and cocktail lounge opening in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. We are building a team of hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a sophisticated, high-energy environment.
We are currently seeking experienced Fine Dining Servers to join our opening team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have worked in fine dining, upscale casual dining, wine bars, cocktail lounges, country clubs, or similar hospitality environments.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience serving in an upscale restaurant, lounge, steakhouse, wine bar, or fine dining establishment
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and craft cocktails
- Ability to provide attentive, professional, and personalized guest service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service from guest arrival through departure
- Guide guests through menu selections, specials, wine pairings, and cocktail offerings
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of food, beverage, and wine menus
- Accurately enter orders and manage guest requests
- Create memorable dining experiences that encourage repeat business
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- Work collaboratively with management, bartenders, and kitchen staff
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in fine dining, upscale casual dining, or hospitality-focused establishments
- Knowledge of wine service and craft cocktails
- Experience with POS systems
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Please Note:
This position is intended for experienced restaurant servers. Candidates whose primary experience is limited to fast-food or quick-service establishments may not be the best fit for this role.
