Materials Specialist

This role plays a key part in ensuring materials are accurately tracked, organized, and available to support production and customer needs.

Responsibilities

·         Maintain barcode labels and inventory identification systems

·         Pick, stage, and prepare materials for production work orders

·         Receive, inspect, store, and accurately locate inventory

·         Process inventory transactions within the ERP system

·         Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories

·         Investigating and helping resolve inventory discrepancies

·         Coordinate materials and shipments with vendors and subcontractors

·         Replenish inventory and maintain organized warehouse areas

·         Support receiving activities and other materials-related functions as needed

·         Use of electronic screwdrivers, power tools, and standard hand tools for precision manufacturing or installation.

Qualifications

·         Experienced in component pre-assembly and following technical blueprints or schematics

·         Experience operating aerial lifts, scissor lifts, or boom lifts is a plus

·         3 years of warehouse, inventory control, or manufacturing experience

·         Experience with ERP systems and inventory transactions

·         Ability to read work orders, bills of materials, and part numbers

·         Basic Microsoft Office and Excel skills

·         Barcode scanning experience preferred

·         Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

·         High school diploma or GED

Physical Requirements

·         Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

·         Comfortable working in warehouse and manufacturing environments

·         Ability to use required PPE and follow safety procedures

Pay: $22-24 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, daylight hours
