As a Client Representative, you will represent established client brands, engage with prospective and existing customers, introduce products and services, and assist with customer enrollment and account support throughout the greater Detroit community. This position is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, career starters, and individuals transitioning from hospitality, retail, restaurants, or other customer-facing roles.
Client Representative Responsibilities
- Represent client brands professionally during daily customer interactions
- Engage with prospective and existing customers throughout the Detroit area
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services
- Present product features, service options, and promotional information clearly
- Answer customer questions and provide friendly, knowledgeable customer support
- Assist with customer acquisition, account enrollment, and service upgrades
- Build positive customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up
- Support local marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and customer outreach activities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enrollment activity, and sales results
- Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training and professional development
