Residential Cleaning Technician
Full-Time | $21–$25/hr based on performance level
No nights. No weekends. No major holidays. Ever.
Tired of a schedule that eats your evenings and your Saturdays? At WE Clean NWA, you'll work Monday–Friday, must be available 8:00-5:00pm and then your time is yours. No late calls, no weekend "emergency" cleans, no holiday shifts. We built this job so you can actually have a life outside of it.
What you'll do
Clean residential homes across Bentonville, Rogers, Centerton, Bella Vista, and other local cities as a solo cleaner, following our proven checklist system for each home. You'll learn our speed-cleaning method — the faster and better you get, the more you make. You can even earn more than $25 an hour as you become more efficient. No more being penalized for your effort and speed.
You don't have to wait a year to see if you're eligble for a "$0.50 raise". You can start making more the second you finish training and even reach our highest pay within a month or two.
Pay: $21–$25/hour, based on your level
- Level 1: $21/hr
- Level 2: $23/hr
- Level 3: $25/hr
You move up levels as you master our speed and quality standards — this isn't a random raise, it's earned through training and performance. And as our team gets faster on the speed-cleaning model, these levels are going up. It's evaluated weekly, so you can earn the highest pay FAST.
What we need from you
- Full-time availability, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (non-negotiable — no part-time)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across NWA (you will drive YOUR OWN CAR)
- Ability to be on your feet, lifting, bending, and cleaning for a full shift
- A team player who takes pride in doing the job right, not just fast
- Must pass a background check (we're in people's homes — trust matters)
