Title: Administrative - Benefits & Compensation Specialist

Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: Permanent Fulltime Position

Annual Salary: $120000 Plus Benefits

Required Skills:

4 years experience working within Compensation and Human Resources.

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.

Develops statistical analysis, data modeling reports, and data for management.

Assures through audits, analysis, and reports, that all organization compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations including but not limited to wage and hour laws, minimum wage, FLSA, and other state and federal compensation regulations.

Salary : $120,000
