Lead Sales Representative 

Desert Hot Springs, CA • Full-Time, On-Site • Base Salary Commission

The Opportunity 

We Care Spa is one of the most established wellness retreats in Southern California just outside of Palm Springs. Following a major renovation and expansion, we are rebuilding our sales team from the ground up  and this is the hire that leads everything. 

As Lead Sales Representative, you will own the entire inbound sales process, close your own book of business, and mentor 2–3 reps underneath you. You are not a manager who sits at arm’s length. You close & lead by example. You build the playbook & are the pillar of your team.

What You’ll Do 

Own the inbound pipeline 

• Handle warm inbound leads that are provided, and lapsed client outreach 

• Guide prospective guests through a consultative, high-touch sales conversation • Ask for the sale with confidence and close at a premium, not by defaulting to the discounts on packages 

• Follow up persistently and professionally until a booking decision is made 

Lead and develop the team 

• Oversee and mentor 2–3 sales reps once onboarded 

• Set the standard for call quality, response times, and follow-up discipline 

• Coach reps on objection handling, rapport building, and closing with integrity

• Help hire additional reps as the team grows

Build and optimize the system 

• Own the CRM by maintaining accurate pipeline data, track close rates, and flag drop-offs 

• Establish and hold response time standards across the team 

• Collaborate with the CEO on pricing, package positioning, and sales scripts 

• Report weekly on pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue outlook 

What We’re Looking For 

Experience 

•3-5  years of sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or lead capacity 

• Background in Luxury retail, high-ticket wellness, luxury hospitality, spa/retreat, integrative health, or life coaching sales — strongly preferred 

• Proven track record closing premium packages ($3,000–$15,000 ) over the phone 

• Experience managing and mentoring sales staff 

• CRM proficiency and comfort with pipeline reporting

•You have had experience in luxury sales and are able to pivot and close sales.

• You find it more satisfying to solve someone’s problem & to  hit a quota

• You’ve been the top performer on a team and felt held back by the culture around you

 • You’re comfortable saying “I think this retreat is exactly what you need — let’s get you booked”

 • You see a quiet month as a challenge to solve, not a reason to coast

• You want to manage without selling yourself 

• You need a heavy script to feel confident on a call 

• Health and wellness is just a product category to you , not something you live by

Compensation & Benefits 

Base salary Commission. Here’s how it works:
