We’re adding a Corporate Accountant to our finance team at our Green Bay Corporate Office. This role supports the Controller and accounting team with daily, monthly, and quarterly financial operations — including billing, collections, accounts payable, and payroll. This is a full-time, salaried position with competitive pay and benefits.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and process client billing, accounts receivable, and collections.
- Manage accounts payable, credit card transactions, and payroll processing.
- Assist with journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Support financial reporting and statement preparation for multiple entities.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records in accordance with GAAP.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and Operations to ensure data accuracy.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience (multi-entity or service-based preferred).
- Experience with Business Central (or similar ERP), UKG, and Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting cycles.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive — with a passion for continuous improvement.
