The Role
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Physical Therapists to join our team- PRN to full-time opportunities available. You’ll work with patients in Longmont, Frederick, Firestone, and surrounding areas, helping them regain mobility and improve their quality of life. This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys building strong patient relationships and providing personalized, hands-on care.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Conducting thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients’ physical conditions and functional abilities using OASIS
· Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs
· Providing therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercises, and education on injury prevention
· Monitoring patient progress and making adjustments to care plans as needed
· Building supportive relationships with patients and their families, helping them through each step of their recovery journey
· Collaborating with the care team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care
