We are seeking a Registered Nurse (Nurse Supervisor) to oversee client care, complete required nursing visits, and support caregiver training in a home care setting.
Responsibilities:
- Complete initial visits for new clients
- Conduct 30-day and 4-month reassessments
- Perform ongoing nursing assessments and supervisory visits
- Develop and update Plans of Care
- Monitor client condition and communicate updates with office staff
- Conduct in-service training for new and existing caregivers
- Lead hands-on training sessions (details discussed during interview)
- Complete caregiver competencies, staff health requirements, and documentation
- Ensure all visits and documentation are completed accurately and timely
- Follow all company policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Active South Carolina RN license
- Minimum 2 years nursing experience (home care preferred)
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
