We Care Auto Hail Repair is growing and looking for highly motivated Outside Sales Reps to join our team in the DFW area!!!

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Scout hail-damaged vehicles through out DFW and recently hit areas
- Work neighborhoods, parking lots, online leads, and recently hail hit areas.
- Educate customers about our Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) services
- Explain our zero out-of-pocket insurance process.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Act as liaison between the customer and their insurance company.
- Generate your own leads through networking, scouting, and social media posts.
REQUIREMENTS
- Reliable transportation
- Valid drivers license
- Self motivated and driven
- Able to work independently
- Positive attitude and strong people skills
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with strangers
- Energetic, professional, and dependable
