Electrical - Install Technician

Looking to TRADE UP? WeCare HVAC, Plumbing and Electric is seeking a skilled and safety‑focused Electrical Installer to join our team. This role is responsible for installing and maintaining electrical wiring, equipment, and systems in alignment with local electrical codes and safety standards. If you’re detail‑oriented, knowledgeable in electrical systems, and committed to excellence.

What You'll Do

• Install electrical wiring, outlets, switches, panels, and related components in residential or commercial structures
• Connect electrical systems to power sources and verify proper functionality
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical system issues
• Inspect and test installed systems to ensure compliance, safety, and performance
• Follow all electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Read, interpret, and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
• Collaborate with construction, service, or maintenance teams to ensure efficient workflow
• Maintain, organize, and safely use tools and equipment
• Complete installations on time and within budget requirement
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver's License
• Must pass a drug screen, MVR & background check
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and components.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to electrical work.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in residential electrical installations.

Compensation ranges: $50,000-$150,000 year!
