Compensation:$125,000 Salary plus Commission
Responsibilities:- Conduct lead generation activities to identify and reach out to motivated sellers, investors, and distressed property owners in the Boston, MA area.
- Evaluate properties by conducting market analysis and negotiating purchase agreements in line with company standards.
- Establish and nurture relationships with real estate professionals like realtors, attorneys, wholesalers, and investors to facilitate property sales in the Eastern Massachusetts area.
- Assess market trends, property conditions, and potential investment opportunities to make informed decisions.
- Utilize digital marketing, social media platforms, and networking strategies to support property acquisitions and expand the client base in Boston, MA.
- Manage and update leads, deals, and transactions effectively in the company's CRM system for efficient workflow.
- Previous experience in real estate acquisitions, sales, or wholesaling is required.
- Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship-building are essential.
- The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends, investment strategies, and sales techniques is a must.
- Ability to analyze deals, evaluate property values, and comprehend financing options is necessary.
- Possession of an active real estate license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, cold calling, and lead generation strategies is advantageous.
- Must hold a valid Driver's license and have reliable transportation.
