Real Estate Acquisitions – Inbound Leads, Phone Sales

100% phone-based, in our Las Vegas office (not remote). Homeowners contact us wanting to sell their house. You qualify them and book the appointment. You don't meet sellers, negotiate price, or close deals — our acquisitions team does that.

Compensation: Base commission on every deal you set that closes while you build your pipeline. Once your pipeline is full, you can optionally transition commission-only, no cap. Reps who hit goal earn $60K , and top reps have earned $100K .

About Us

We Buy Any Vegas House buys houses directly from homeowners for cash. 1,500 transactions since 2013 and 200 homes purchased per year. Small, in-office team in southwest Las Vegas.

What You'll Do

• Answer and follow up on seller leads by phone, text, and email — every lead contacted us first. Outbound calls are follow-ups to those leads, not cold calls.
• Ask questions to understand the seller's situation, timeline, property condition, and price expectations
• Decide the best path for each seller: cash offer, novation, or referral to a listing agent
• Book appointments for our Acquisitions Managers
• Follow up with leads until each one books or is closed out — most appointments come from follow-up, not the first call
• Log every call, text, and status update in our CRM (Podio)
• Handle 20–30 new leads per week plus your follow-up pipeline

Who Does Well Here

• 1 year on the phones: call center, customer service, insurance, solar or appointment setting, bank or credit union, hotel or casino reservations, utility or telecom support
• You're used to handling high call volume and staying calm with upset or stressed callers
• You listen more than you talk. Many sellers are dealing with inheritance, divorce, foreclosure, or a house that needs major work
• Disciplined follow-up. Consistency matters more than sales talent here
• Comfortable being measured daily on calls, appointments set, and show rate
• No real estate license or experience needed — training is paid

Pay and Benefits

• Base commission on every deal you set that closes while you build your pipeline
• Once your pipeline is full, you move to 7% commission-only, no cap
• Reps who hit goal earn $60K ; top reps have earned $100K
• 30 days of paid training
• PTO starting at 5 days in year one, increasing to 10 days by year 3

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, in our office (Las Vegas, 89148). Occasional Saturday or after-hours calls when needed. Not remote and not field-based.
