Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Mason Lead role based in Omaha, NE. The Mason Lead will oversee masonry and concrete projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and timely completion. Responsibilities include supervising project teams, executing masonry work such as brick, block, and stone installation, managing renovations, and ensuring adherence to project specifications. Additionally, the role entails collaborating with clients and maintaining high standards of integrity and communication throughout each project.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Masonry, including Brickwork and Block installation
- Experience with Cement mixing and application
- Skilled in Stonework and Renovation projects
- Ability to manage and supervise project teams effectively
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
- Prior experience coordinating residential, commercial, or government contracts is a plus
