Seeking an experienced full-time Level II Service Desk Analyst. In this role, you’ll take ownership of managing, implementing, and troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues for MSP clients. You’ll guide users through resolutions, implement solutions within their environments, and ensure high-quality service delivery. This position also temporarily includes coordinating daily dispatch to maximize utilization of internal and field technical resources.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver a high-touch, white-glove support experience to VIP clientsTroubleshoot and resolve complex incidents across servers, networks, and line-of-business applicationsAdminister and support Windows Server (2008/2012/2016), including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCPSupport and configure Office 365, Azure, and AWS environmentsManage Microsoft Exchange Server and Exchange OnlineSupport remote access technologies such as RDS and VPNProvide peripheral device support (network printers, scanners, monitors, UPS devices)Support and configure wireless controllers, access points, routers, firewalls, and switchesResolve technical escalations from Level I team membersExecute move/add/change tasks for servers and workstations, including printers, applications, and system rolesMentor junior team members and contribute to skills developmentPartner with other internal teams to solve multi-layered technical challengesComplete additional tasks assigned by the Director of Service DeskWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a strong technical generalist with hands-on experience across servers, networks, and application administration.
