I am currently working closely with a key hiring partner at a highly respected boutique firm that genuinely prioritizes quality work, meaningful impact, and sustainable careers—without sacrificing compensation.

🛡️ The Role:
• Handle 100% transactional real estate matters
• Work on affordable housing, community development, and real estate finance deals
• Draft and negotiate agreements and supporting documents
• Advise clients on regulatory and financing matters
• Collaborate closely with partners on complex, high-impact projects
⚖️ About you:
• 2–4 years of strong transactional real estate experience
• Exposure to affordable housing, LIHTC, mixed-finance, or public housing authorities is a plus (not required)
• Driven, detail-oriented, and looking to grow within a collaborative team
📍 Location: Hybrid – Washington, DC (4 days in office)

• Base salary up to $190k DOE
• Tiered bonus structure starting at 1600 hours
• Additional discretionary merit bonuses
