The Director of Content Strategy and Community Engagement will lead the development and execution of the company's content strategies to strengthen brand presence and support business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing content creation and management, driving content marketing initiatives, and building community engagement programs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY.

• Strong experience in Content Strategy, including planning and implementing effective strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Proficiency in Writing and Content Development, with demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, engaging, and cohesive material.
• Expertise in Content Management, including overseeing platforms, workflows, and campaigns to ensure alignment across all channels.
• Knowledge of Content Marketing, including audience targeting, distribution strategies, and performance optimization.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills, with a focus on evaluating content effectiveness and market trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred; advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience in the beauty, personal care, or related industries is a strong advantage.
