DESCRIPTION
Multiply is seeking an extremely talented Art Director to join our agency, where we work in creative teams. You'll lead visual storytelling that elevates our clients' brand presence across social, earned and advertising. In this role, you'll collaborate with copywriters, account teams, production and AI specialists, and clients to translate briefs into work that delights consumers -- make them laugh, cry, and be totally entertained.
Your concepting, taste, and strategic thinking will be essential as you manage brands and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with a high bar for excellance. QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 years of art direction experience in agency setting with a strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling across print, digital, and social platforms
- Expertise in visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and brand identity with proven ability to maintain design consistency across campaigns
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with video production, animation, or motion graphics
- Understanding of how visual design impacts brand perception and consumer behavior; ability to translate strategic insights into compelling visual concepts
- Strong collaboration skills with copywriters, creative directors, and cross-functional teams; ability to take direction and deliver revisions efficiently
- Experience designing for major consumer/lifestyle brands and knowledge of platform specifications for social media content
- AI friendly and leaning into learning and using new tools.
- Art undergraduate focus, and/or advertising masters degree preferred.
