Senior Plaintiff Employment Attorney | Newark, NJ – Up to $400K Bonus
Location/Schedule: Newark, NJ. Remote.
Base Salary: $200K–$400K, plus performance-based bonuses and merit increases.
Practice: Plaintiff-side wage-and-hour class actions and complex employment litigation.

What You’ll Actually Do:
- Manage wage-and-hour class actions and complex employment matters.
- Draft and argue dispositive and discovery-related motions.
- Lead written discovery and meet-and-confer processes.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Attend court conferences, hearings and other proceedings.
- Oversee case strategy, deadlines and junior team members.
Requirements:
- Five or more years of civil-litigation experience.
- Active New Jersey Bar admission.
- Plaintiff employment, wage-and-hour or class-action experience.
- Strong discovery, motion-practice, deposition and oral-advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage sophisticated matters and travel occasionally.
