From hyperscale data center developments to complex cross-border real estate deals, associates are given direct exposure to some of the most sophisticated and high-value transactions in the market; working at the intersection of real estate, private capital, and the rapidly expanding digital economy

⚖️ What you’ll do
- Lead and support data center leasing & development transactions
- Advise on acquisitions, dispositions & joint ventures
- Work on complex financing structures (mortgage / mezz)
- Act for major investors, developers, and institutional clients
✅ What they’re looking for
- 4–8 years’ experience in real estate transactions
- Exposure to leasing, development, or deal-driven work
- Data center experience strongly preferred (or strong interest)
- Background from a top-tier or highly regarded firm
