Key Responsibilities:
- Lead medical malpractice cases from intake to trial, including depositions, expert coordination, and courtroom advocacy.
- Evaluate liability and exposure for insurers, hospitals, and medical professionals.
- Collaborate with medical experts, healthcare clients, and cross-practice colleagues on case strategy.
- Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials.
Ideal Candidate:
- 7–10 years of medical malpractice defense litigation experience
- Strong deposition, motion, and courtroom skills
- Experience working with medical experts and complex medical fact patterns
- Mature judgment, strategic mindset, and the ability to run files independently
- A proactive, client-focused approach and desire to contribute to a high-performing litigation team
