About the Role:
As an Employment Plaintiff Associate, you’ll champion employees facing wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. From intake to trial, you’ll lead cases with autonomy—handling discovery, drafting pleadings, and representing clients in depositions, mediations, and court hearings.
