- Managing title, survey & zoning diligence
- Supporting financing structures and deal execution

- 3–6 years’ commercial real estate experience
- Real leasing exposure with increasing ownership
- Comfortable managing deals with limited oversight
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Confident in a client-facing environment
- Admitted to practice in Massachusetts (required)
💰 Comp & structure
- Base up to $160K (DOE)
- Bonus up to 45% of base (transparent structure)
- Hybrid – 3 days in office (Fridays typically remote)
