Your Role

• Manage Complex Litigation Cases: Handle a range of civil litigation matters, including insurance claims, wrongful termination, wage-and-hour issues, and workplace disputes.
• Lead Insurance Litigation Disputes: Manage diverse cases, from pleadings to trial, focusing on insurance disputes and employment-related claims.
• Collaborate Effectively: Work side-by-side with a close-knit team, utilizing in-person resources for case management and client relations.
• Case Strategy & Client Advocacy: Develop and execute strategic litigation plans while advocating for clients in all stages of the process.

What You Bring

• 5 Years Experience
• Civil Litigation Experience
• Barred in District of Columbia – VA or MD a plus
