I am currently working with a National firm who is actively seeking multiple Workers Compensation Attorneys to join their ranks as they look to make expansion hires in their Practice across the county. In terms of the opportunity, here are the headlines:

The Role

• Manage Workers' Compensation Claims from Intake Through Resolution: Handle a diverse caseload of Workers' Compensation matters, providing strategic guidance from initial claim evaluation through settlement, hearing, or appeal.
• Deliver High-Impact Legal Analysis and Case Strategy: Analyze Medical Records, Employment Information, Statutory Requirements, and case law to develop proactive, results-driven defense and litigation strategies.
• Draft and Manage Critical Case Filings: Prepare and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, settlement agreements, and hearing submissions with precision, ensuring alignment with case strategy and client objectives.
• Drive Client Relationships and Practice Growth: Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, insurers, claims professionals, and third-party administrators
