The Role💼
- Lead Complex Family Law Matters - Manage a diverse caseload of matrimonial and family law disputes, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, spousal support, and asset division
- Develop Case Strategy and Drive Outcomes - Formulate and implement tailored legal strategies, overseeing all stages of proceedings including petitions, disclosure, negotiations, court hearings, and final settlements
- Courtroom Advocacy and Dispute Resolution - Represent clients in family courts, mediation, and arbitration, handling hearings and negotiations with sensitivity, precision, and strong advocacy skills
- Client Advisory and Relationship Management - Serve as a trusted advisor to clients during emotionally sensitive matters, offering clear, pragmatic guidance while fostering confidence and long-term professional relationships
