I am currently working with a National firm who is actively seeking multiple Litigation Attorneys to join their ranks as they look to make expansion hires in multiple offices across the country. In terms of the opportunity, here are the headlines:

The Firm

• National Full-Service Law Firm expanding further: Looking to make multiple hires across 40 offices to increase their current headcount of 550 Attorneys!

The Role

• Support Insurance Defense Litigation: Assist in the defense of complex claims across Professional liability, Product liability, Auto, and Construction matters, contributing to case strategy and execution.
• Perform Strategic Legal Research - Analyze case law, statutes, and regulatory frameworks to support the development of effective, well-informed litigation strategies.
• Draft and Manage Litigation Documents - Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with attention to detail and alignment to overall case objectives.
• Contribute to Client Development Efforts - Support business development initiatives by engaging in networking opportunities and helping to strengthen client relationships and expand the practice.

The Package

• Up to $175K Base
• Performance Related Bonus (Up to $45k)
