I am currently working with a Civil Litigation firm based in Long Island who are actively seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their ranks as they look to make expansion hires in their Practice. Here are the headlines:

The Role 💼

• Support Insurance Defense Litigation - Assist in the defense of complex claims across professional liability, product liability, auto, and construction matters, contributing to case strategy and execution.
• Perform Strategic Legal Research - Analyze case law, statutes, and regulatory frameworks to support the development of effective, well-informed litigation strategies.
• Draft and Manage Litigation Documents - Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with attention to detail and alignment to overall case objectives.
• Contribute to Client Development Efforts - Support business development initiatives by engaging in networking opportunities and helping to strengthen client relationships and expand the practice.

The Package 💰

• Base Salary up to $170K Base
• Performance Related Bonus
