Broad Insurance Defense Platform: Work across general liability, premises liability, trucking & transportation, negligent security, construction-related claims, product liability and catastrophic injury matters.
Real Litigation Responsibility: Take ownership of cases through discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, mediations, hearings and trial preparation rather than operating solely in a support capacity.
Experienced Trial Team: Work alongside seasoned litigators with substantial first-chair trial experience handling high-exposure matters for major insurers, corporations and national businesses.
National Resources, Local Responsibility: Benefit from the infrastructure of a 60-office national platform while remaining closely involved with clients, partners and substantive case strategy.
Responsibilities
- Manage insurance defense and complex liability matters from inception through resolution
- Take and defend fact, expert and party depositions
- Attend hearings, mediations and settlement conferences
- Develop case strategy and provide direct reporting to insurer and corporate clients
Requirements
- 3 years of civil litigation / insurance defense experience
- Experience in general liability, premises liability, transportation, construction, casualty and/or related defense matters
- Strong deposition, motion practice and case-management experience
- Georgia Bar admission required
