• International Reach: Work within a boutique platform spanning nine U.S. offices and London, providing exposure to domestic and international insurance markets.
• Recognised Atlanta Coverage Team: Atlanta lawyers have been recognised by Chambers for insurer-side coverage work, particularly first-party property disputes.
• High-Level Matters: The team handles multimillion-dollar disputes involving property losses, business interruption, builder’s risk, cyber, energy and bad faith.

Responsibilities

• Analyse complex insurance policies and coverage issues
• Draft coverage opinions and strategic client advice
• Handle first-party property and bad-faith litigation
• Manage discovery, motions, depositions and case strategy
• Work directly with major insurers and experienced coverage partners

Package

• Up to $200K Base Salary
• 1,800 billable target
• Fully– Remote
• Sophisticated national & international matters
• Strong mentorship and long-term specialist development

Requirements

• 3–7 years Insurance Coverage experience
• First-party property experience strongly preferred
• Georgia Bar admission
• Strong writing, policy-analysis and litigation skills
• Experience representing insurers advantageous
