Attorney - Corporate | Up to $270K Base | M&A, Private Equity & Venture Capital | Massachusetts

I’m working with a well-established national business law firm looking to add a Corporate Associate to its Massachusetts team. The role offers broader exposure than a traditional M&A seat, with work spanning acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, commercial contracts, business formations and joint ventures for established businesses and entrepreneurial clients.

The Firm

• Established Business Platform: Represent leading businesses across Massachusetts and the wider New England market, with a strong reputation across sophisticated commercial matters.
• Broad Corporate Exposure: Work across M&A, private equity, venture capital, entity formation, joint ventures and complex commercial agreements rather than being siloed into one transactional discipline.
• Lean Team Structure: Associates work closely with experienced partners and gain meaningful responsibility across transactions and client relationships.
• Commercially Focused Practice: The wider firm advises businesses across corporate, real estate, construction and other commercial matters, creating strong cross-practice exposure.

The Role

• M&A: Support acquisitions, dispositions and related due diligence, negotiation and closing processes.
• Private Equity & Venture Capital: Gain exposure to investments, growth transactions and broader strategic corporate work.
• Commercial Agreements: Draft and negotiate a wide range of business contracts and transactional documentation.
• Business Formation & Joint Ventures: Advise clients on entity formation, governance, ownership structures and strategic partnerships.
