Civil Litigation Attorney | Miami, FL (Remote) – $225K
Location/Schedule: Miami, FL (Remote)
Base Salary: $225K
Practice: South Florida commercial and complex civil litigation. Contract, business tort, and high-exposure casualty for corporate clients. Cases are tried.
Our client is a national litigation firm of more than 1,400 lawyers. Miami is ranked for insurance litigation and insurance law. The office also carries the firm’s commercial and products work.

What You’ll Actually Do:

Requirements:
- JD and active Florida bar
- 3–8 years post-bar civil, commercial, or insurance litigation — current Associate, Counsel, or Partner
- Depositions taken in the last 24 months
