Civil Litigation Attorney | Atlanta, GA (Remote) – $225K
Location/Schedule: Atlanta, GA (Remote)
Base Salary: $225K
Practice: Georgia commercial and complex civil litigation. Contract, employment, products, and catastrophic injury claims for corporate clients.
Our client has had an Atlanta office for over 15 years, on a platform with lawyers in all 50 states and more than 1,400 attorneys. The downtown group does business litigation, products, construction, professional liability, and catastrophic injury. A multi-state team from this firm took a defense verdict in an asbestos lung-cancer trial recently.

What You’ll Actually Do:
- Litigate commercial, products, and catastrophic injury disputes in Georgia state and federal court.
- Take depositions, including experts.
- Draft dispositive motions and prepare cases for trial.
- Work the indemnity and coverage issues on the construction and products files.
Requirements:
- JD and active Georgia bar
- 3–8 years post-bar civil, commercial, or insurance litigation — current Associate, Counsel, or Partner
- Depositions taken in the last 24 months
