Employment Defense Associate - Miami, FL – $150k Base Performance-Based Bonus
Location/Schedule: Miami, FL – Fully Remote
Base Salary: $150,000, plus performance-based bonus potential

The Role:
- Defend employers in state and federal employment litigation.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and discovery responses.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Develop case strategy and assess litigation risk.
- Represent clients in wage-and-hour and discrimination matters.
- Communicate directly with employer clients.
- Work closely with experienced labor and employment partners.
Core Requirements:
- Active Florida Bar admission.
- Approximately 3–5 years of employment defense experience.
- Experience representing employers and companies.
- Strong legal writing, analytical and communication skills.
- Outgoing and confident client-facing personality.
- Wage-and-hour experience is preferred.
- Willingness to work primarily from the Miami office.
