Associate - Commercial Litigation - Boston - 350K

We Are Legal Revolution is working discreetly with a highly regarded international litigation firm recognized in Legal 500 and Chambers seeking a 2nd to 5th year Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Boston office on a remote basis.

This role offers direct access to sophisticated commercial disputes for financial institutions, corporations, and private equity backed businesses with meaningful responsibility from day one. The Role

• Manage key phases of complex commercial litigation from discovery through trial preparation
• Draft motions, briefs, and memoranda in high value business disputes in state and federal courts
• Coordinate document discovery, including strategy, review oversight, and preparation of discovery responses
• Support and, as appropriate, conduct depositions, witness preparation, and hearings with direct client exposure
• Work closely with partners on case strategy while taking substantive ownership of assigned matters

Ideal Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a 2nd to 5th year Commercial Litigation Associate with:

• Approximately 2 to 5 years of complex commercial litigation experience at a reputable firm
• Proven experience handling discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation in business disputes
• Admission to the Massachusetts bar
• Strong academic credentials from a well regarded law school
• Clerkship experience and both plaintiff and defense exposure preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• $225,000 to $325,000 base salary, depending on experience
• Performance based bonus opportunity
• Target of 2,000 billable hours
• Fully remote
