Key Responsibilities
- Develops long-term plans to expand programs, partnerships, and organizational capacity.
- Oversees donor relations, grant writing, sponsorship outreach, and fundraising campaigns.
- Builds relationships with schools, arts organizations, local businesses, and civic groups.
- Collaborates with youth leaders and volunteers to strengthen existing programs and launch new initiatives.
- Enhances public visibility through storytelling, events, and community engagement.
- Ensures the nonprofit has the resources, systems, and partnerships needed to thrive.
- Background in fundraising, donor relations, grant writing, or sponsorship outreach.
- Ability to design long-term growth plans, sustainability strategies, and program expansion pathways.
- Experience collaborating with schools, arts organizations, local businesses, and civic groups.
- Commitment to uplifting youth voices and supporting youth-led initiatives.
- Understanding of arts education, creative programming, or community arts engagement.
- Skilled in storytelling, outreach, public speaking, and donor communication.
