It's rewarding work that directly supports our therapists and families.Key Responsibilities:Handle fun onboarding, staff files, and compliance paperwork.Manage credentialing, renewals, and background checks.Team up with insurance companies on approvals and claims.Review session notes to make sure they're spot-on.Keep our ABA data platform (like CentralReach) up to date.Track trainings, rosters, and expirations.Help with scheduling and keeping everyone connected.What We're Looking For:1 year in healthcare, ABA, or HR – bonus if you've done credentialing!Comfort with data platforms and working solo from home.Super organized, detail-loving, and great at communicating.
