Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in North Carolina to join our dynamic team in a fully in-person role. In this position, you will provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services directly within in-home daycare environments. You will work hands-on with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, delivering impactful, real-world support where they need it most.

In this vital role, you will design, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral intervention plans that promote meaningful behavioral change, skill development, and improved quality of life. Using evidence-based ABA practices, you will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care while maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive behavioral treatment plans based on assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations remotely to determine client needs and monitor progress.
  • Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques tailored to each client’s goals and abilities.
  • Collect, analyze, and document clinical data accurately to guide treatment decisions and intervention updates.
  • Provide remote training and support to caregivers, teachers, and staff on ABA strategies and behavior management techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional standards.
  • Collaborate virtually with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and ensure effective communication.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Must hold an active BCBA license in the state of North Carolina.
  • Extensive knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavioral therapy methods.
  • Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong clinical skills in data collection, analysis, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with patient assessments, medical terminology, and electronic medical records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively in a virtual environment.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
