We’re looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a fully remote position. This role is perfect for someone who loves working independently but also enjoys collaborating with a supportive team to help families and clients thrive.What You’ll Do:Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create personalized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).Supervise and support RBTs to ensure behavior plans are being implemented correctly.Work closely with families to help them carry out strategies at home, school, and in the community.Track and analyze data to ensure interventions are making an impact and adjust as needed.Provide guidance and training to families on effective behavior management techniques.What We’re Looking For:BCBA certification.North Carolina LBA certification.Experience with ABA therapy, assessments, and working with families.Strong communication skills, organization, and a passion for helping others.Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.Perks of the Job:Fully remote-work from the comfort of your own home.Part time with flexible scheduling.$95 -$105 per hour - we value your expertise and time.A supportive, collaborative, and positive team environment.About We Achieve ABA:At We Achieve ABA, we pride ourselves on being a warm and compassionate therapy center dedicated to the well-being of children with autism.
