We’re looking for driven Project Managers with experience in food & beverage/cold storage construction to help us deliver projects on time, within budget, and with uncompromising quality and safety.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, quality, and safety goals
- Oversee budgeting, purchasing, cost control, and scheduling
- Manage subcontractors and foster strong working relationships
- Collaborate with teams to maintain WDS’s reputation for excellence
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Project Manager in a general contracting role
- Experience in retail and food & beverage/cold storage projects strongly preferred
- Four-year degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred, not required)
- Basic knowledge of all construction trades and ability to read blueprints
- Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam project management tools
- Strong communication and leadership skills to guide teams and partners
- Willingness to travel nationwide as needed
