What You’ll Do:
- Analyze plans and specs
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids
- Assemble competitive, polished proposals
- Collaborate with the Chief Estimator on strategy and risk
- Build strong client and trade partner relationships
What You Bring:
- Degree in Construction Management
- Strong knowledge of commercial trades
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and blueprint reading
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A humble, hungry, and loyal mindset
