Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and merchandise product displays.
- Monitor code dates to ensure fresh product.
- Stock, rotate, and face all products that are stocked.
- Manage, rotate, and maintain a neat back room, when applicable.
- Rotate back stock to cooler and shelf space as needed.
- Maintain positive relationships with store personnel.
- Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked, organized, and properly faced.
- Follow all company merchandising and quality control standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 30 pounds on a regular basis.
- Displays a positive attitude and patience in dealing with customers.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Strong communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
