We are in need of a talented restaurant manager to join our team. This is a full-time position, with hourly pay, & tips - top earners can make up to $25 per hour plus quarterly bonuses. This is a great opportunity with room for career advancement!
The perfect candidate would have full-time and open availability, work well in a fast-paced environment, be Servsafe certified, have a valid driver's license, and be eager for additional opportunities as our company continues to grow.
Duties in include; ordering, scheduling, training, inventory, and creating a culture of success.

- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and financial performance
- Ensure that all food and beverage offerings meet quality and safety standards
- Train and develop staff members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
