THE ROLE
As Superintendent, you'll lead field operations, coordinate crews, maintain schedules, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Oversee day-to-day field operations
- Lead and motivate field crews and subcontractors
- Ensure projects meet safety and qualify standards
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics
- Communicate with Project Managers, clients and trade partners
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience as a Superintendent
- Drywall and metal framing experience
- Strong leadership and comunication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
