Position Summary:
We're hiring a reliable and motivated Graveyard Casino Shift Manager to lead overnight operations. In this key leadership role, you’ll ensure the smooth and secure operation of the casino during late-night hours, support your team, and maintain a welcoming, safe environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all casino operations during the overnight shift
- Supervise and support on-duty staff to ensure excellent guest service
- Monitor gaming activity for compliance with policies and regulations
- Handle guest concerns, operational issues, and emergency procedures as needed
- Maintain a positive and professional overnight team environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in casino or hospitality management is a plus (willing to train)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions during off-peak hours
- Must be 21 and able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Card
- Familiarity with gaming regulations is a bonus
