We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to lead front desk operations while working closely with housekeeping to ensure rooms are guest-ready and standards are consistently met.
Position Overview
The Front Desk Supervisor oversees all front desk operations during assigned shifts and serves as the primary point of contact for guest services. This role reports directly to the Motel Manager and plays a key role in coordinating with housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned, inspected, and available in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front desk operations and staff during assigned shifts
- Provide exceptional guest service and handle guest inquiries, concerns, and escalations
- Coordinate closely with housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned, inspected, and ready for occupancy on time
- Monitor room status, availability, and turnaround times
- Communicate effectively with the Motel Manager regarding operations and any issues
- Train, coach, and support front desk team members
- Ensure all front desk procedures are followed in accordance with company policies
- Maintain accurate records, reservations, and reports
- Resolve and report operational issues promptly
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Card
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Excellent guest service skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree a plus
- At least 1–2 years of front desk or hospitality supervisory experience preferred
