As a Hospital-employed Pediatrician, you will be part of a dynamic group of 9 providers working together to deliver exceptional care to children and families in the region.
This is an outpatient only role with no inpatient or newborn rounding responsibilities. Our hospital-based group offers a supportive environment with a call ratio of 1:9, ensuring that you have time to focus on providing top-notch patient care without excessive administrative burdens.
You will work out of one clinic location conveniently located on the hospital campus, allowing for easy access to specialists and support staff when needed. With a 4-day workweek and most providers working 9-10 hour days, you can enjoy a great work-life balance while still meeting your professional goals.
In this role, you can expect to treat approximately 18-20 patients per day, providing individualized attention and care to each child and their family. We pride ourselves on being a collaborative team, working closely with specialists to ensure seamless referrals and comprehensive care plans.
