This is a mid-level, high-impact sales role with unlimited earning potential. We require 1 years of sales experience in roofing, construction, or related industries. If you have sales experience, a strong work ethic, confidence, and a hunger to learn, we’ll provide the training, mentorship, and support to help you thrive.
What You’ll Do
- Generate leads through cold calling, door-to-door, referrals, and networking
- Schedule and perform roof inspections for residential and commercial properties
- Prepare and present professional roofing estimates and proposals
- Educate customers on roofing systems, materials, and insurance claims
- Close sales and manage the customer relationship through project completion
- Use a CRM to track leads, sales, and customer interactions
- Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure job quality
- Follow up with clients for reviews, referrals, and repeat business
- Represent our brand with integrity, positivity, and professionalism
- Develop communication and sales skills that set you up for long-term success

- Strong business acumen and market awareness
- Excellent communication skills (multilingual a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
