We are actively seeking a driven, competitive, high-output Residential Roofing Sales Representative for our Ooltewah, TN location.
This is not a “sit in the office and wait for leads” role.
This is a field based, performance driven sales position where your income and growth are directly tied to your ability to generate opportunity, close deals, and dominate your territory. 100% commission.
You will be responsible for creating your own momentum ... building relationships with homeowners, identifying roofing needs, conducting inspections, delivering persuasive presentations, and closing business with confidence and urgency.

- Hunt and develop new residential roofing opportunities
- Conduct in person roof inspections and damage assessments
- Deliver high impact sales presentations that convert at a high rate
- Build trust quickly with homeowners and guide them through decisions
- Prepare accurate estimates and close contracts on-site when possible
- Maintain a disciplined follow up system to maximize close rate
- Own your territory like a business operator, not an order taker
- Proven ability in sales, closing, or high performance customer-facing roles
- Experience in new business development or lead generation strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills with natural confidence and presence
- Competitive mindset with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Ability to work independently and stay self motivated in the field
- Strong negotiation skills and comfort asking for the close
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Roofing or construction knowledge is helpful ... but not required (we train winners, not spectators)
