Role Description / What to expect
You will be engaging with pre-qualified leads on a daily basis advising them of the financing solutions and strategies that best suit their needs. Since every deal is different, they are relying on a firm like WCM to guide them and deliver the goods. Expect high daily outbound call volume and pipeline management. Your job is to engage as many clients as possible.

Qualifications (Ordered by importance)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for Client relationship building
- Not afraid of being on the phone – high talk time and call volume is critical to success
- Mental fortitude and resourcefulness
- Critical thinking and basic arithmetic
- Organizational skills for interacting with clients, underwriters, and team members.
- Attention to detail to ensure compliance with lending guidelines and maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in the financial services or real estate industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
